MAIN TASKS:
- Ensuring production continuity through ongoing monitoring and reporting major failures to management,
- Inspection and repair of damaged machines, devices and equipment,
- Carrying out preventive maintenance procedures,
- Identifying and repairing operational faults on-site.
- Ensuring the continuity of operation of production machines and equipment, maintaining the technological line in a state of constant technical efficiency
- Participation in modernization projects
- Analyzing the causes of failures and taking preventive measures to eliminate them
- Repair of components that constitute spare modules for machines
- Participation in testing new articles
- Cooperation with factory service technicians of machines and devices
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance work,
- Ability to read diagrams and technical documentation
- Independence, precision and the ability to work in a team
- Technical education, related to the position (mechanical or electrical),
- SEP electrical qualifications for operation,
- Knowledge of electronics, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems,
- Ability to diagnose electrical faults on machines,
- Basic knowledge of automation issues (fault diagnosis),
- Conscientiousness and responsibility.
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Readiness to work in a two-team system
