COMPLAINTS SPECIALIST

Working hours: Full time
Location: Zambrów, Strzelnicza Street 12

SCOPE OF DUTIES:

  • handling customer complaints;
  • analysis of reports and identification of the causes of problems;
  • cooperation with the production and quality department;
  • preparation of reports and documentation;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • experience in a similar position is welcome;
  • analytical thinking skills;
  • communicativeness;
  • good work organization;
