The lift-and-slide system with thermal insulation is a modern solution designed for creating large, striking glazing while maintaining excellent thermal performance. Thanks to the use of a wider thermal break, increased leaf depth, and the ability to use glazing units up to 61 mm thick, the system achieves a heat transfer coefficient of Uw < 0.9 W/m²K. The design allows for the construction of very large doors, including eight-leaf systems, while maintaining high weather tightness. The system allows for the use of a low threshold, eliminating architectural barriers and increasing user comfort. An additional advantage is the ability to close the internal track in structures with a glass corner.
