PLN 40 million in investments and 300 new jobs at Monolit

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are pleased to announce that after the organization purchased the Zambrów industrial areas, it is time for the next step!!!

The Monolit company has completed the construction of a new, impressive production hall, which will employ 300 residents of our region.

The 15,000-square-meter facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technological facilities for the production of both PVC and aluminum joinery. This will significantly increase the company's production capacity, resulting in increased efficiency and flexibility in order fulfillment. The expanded machinery will enable the highest levels of precision and production efficiency and significantly reduce production costs, leading to a dominant competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.

Due to this investment, Monolit is increasing its workforce on a scale never seen before in Zambrów. Recruitment for several hundred employees is underway for a variety of positions. The following are sought: PVC and aluminum production workers, custom-form workers, quality controllers, technologists, electromechanics, assembly and maintenance workers, warehouse and loading workers, as well as category C and C+E drivers.
