margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Das Unternehmen \u201eMonolit\u201c Micha\u0142 Godlewski erhielt von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union einen Zuschuss f\u00fcr das Projekt \u201eTransformation des Unternehmens hin zu Industrie 4.0 durch Automatisierung und Robotisierung von Produktionsprozessen im Bereich der Herstellung von Aluminiumverbindungen\u201c.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Transformation des Unternehmens Monolit hin zu Industrie 4.0 durch die Automatisierung und Robotisierung von Produktionsprozessen im Bereich der Aluminiumverbindungen. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden folgende Prozessinnovationen m\u00f6glich sein:<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Einf\u00fchrung eines neuen, automatisierten Verfahrens zum Schneiden und Bearbeiten von Aluminiumprofilen<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Implementierung eines neuen, robotergest\u00fctzten und automatisierten Qualit\u00e4tskontrollprozesses<br \/><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Einf\u00fchrung eines neuen, robotergest\u00fctzten internen Transportsystems.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dank der Umsetzung neuer L\u00f6sungen wird es auch m\u00f6glich sein, eine Produktinnovation in das Angebot des Unternehmens aufzunehmen: Aluminium-Tischlerarbeiten mit einem h\u00f6heren Ma\u00df an Personalisierung und verbesserter \u00c4sthetik.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus zielt das Projekt darauf ab, Barrieren in Produktionspositionen abzubauen und es Menschen mit Behinderungen zu erleichtern, eine Besch\u00e4ftigung aufzunehmen, sowie die Auswirkungen der Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit des Unternehmens auf die nat\u00fcrliche Umwelt zu verringern, indem der Energieverbrauch, die Abfallmenge und die Verwendung von Recyclingmaterialien reduziert werden.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Zur Umsetzung des Projekts sind folgende Investitionsaktivit\u00e4ten geplant:<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Anschaffung eines automatisierten Bearbeitungs- und Schneidzentrums mit Spanabfuhr,<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Anschaffung von 2 numerischen Crimpmaschinen,<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Anschaffung einer robotergest\u00fctzten Reinigungs- und Messstation,<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Anschaffung von CAM-Software.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Die oben genannten Ma\u00dfnahmen sind eine direkte Folge der Empfehlungen im Fahrplan f\u00fcr die Transformation hin zur Industrie 4.0, der vom Wissenschafts- und Technologiepark in Opole, einem Mitglied des Europ\u00e4ischen Digitalen Innovationszentrums (EDIH), erstellt wurde.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> Die Zielgruppen des Projekts sind alle Auftragnehmer und Kunden von MONOLIT<\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 108%; margin-bottom: 0.28cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Projektwert:<\/b> 4.226.526,00 PLN<\/span><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 108%;
